1. Shipping

We aim to process and ship orders promptly. Shipping times and costs are provided at the time of checkout. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. The average delivery time is a minimum of 7 and maximum of 12 days from the date of placing the order.

  1. Returns & Refunds

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 10 days of receiving your order. To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team at sales@relaxwell.in with your order number and reason for the return. Please note that only standard-size mattresses are eligible for returns. Sleep accessories are not eligible for return requests. We will validate and accept your return request within 24 hrs. You will be notified of every step via email.

Step 3: If the return request is approved,  you will get a confirmation from our team and process of return will be conveyed to you directly by email. 

Please note: Return Shipping cost is to be borne by the customer.

Step 4: After receiving the product at our factory, If the return criteria are met, the process of refund will be initiated to the customer’s given bank account details via IMPS/NEFT/RTGS/UPI mode within 7-10 business days.

Return criteria of product

  1. The product(s) should be purchased only from www.relaxwell.in and not from any other retailer, be it online or offline.
  2. Return request should be raised within 10 days from the date of delivery by contacting our customer support team.
  3. There should be no stains, marks, stitches or holes in the product(s), caused by the customer.
  4. All tags and original packaging should remain intact and should be sent along with the product(s)
  5. Original invoice should be returned with the product(s)
  6. Product(s) should reach us in sellable condition.
  7. Kindly note that we will not accept returns on consumer promotion items/freebies if the correct product has been delivered. In case we send the wrong product or the wrong size, we will accept your return

No refund policy:

Any product kept in its original form of packing, tags, bills and condition will be entitled to be exchanged or returned if the customer deems so as per the terms and conditions of the website. All items must be exchanged or returned within a specified time period of receipt of the goods, subject to this “No refund clause” which states that there will be no refund in the following cases:

  1. In case of incorrect product order/ delivery- Action: Product with corrected size will be delivered on returning the previous product. Additional amount to the new product to be borne by the customer/excess amount will be credited to the customer in the form of a Relaxwell e-voucher. 
  2. In the event of delay in order delivery (up to 10 days over and above committed timelines).
  3. In case of Product quality related issues- e.g. Mattress sagging, - Product replacement/ prorated e-gift code will be given as per the warranty T&Cs
  4. In case of Damage during dispatches, it will be subject to verification and after acceptance of dispatch damage, product will be replaced.
  5. Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged or returned for cash and or cannot be returned or cancelled at all. Replacement or refund will happen if the product successfully passes all the quality checks after being returned.
  6. In case of order having incorrect size & comfort issues then there won't be any refund. Logistics charge up to Rs.3000 will be applicable in such cases.
  7. Products which are in-transit cannot be cancelled/refunded.
  8. If the original configuration of the product is changed.
  9. Warranty is valid only if proper care of the mattress is taken as per the use and care directions given herewith.
  10. Any transportation cost during the redressal process has to be borne by the customer.
  11. Damages not specifically listed herein will not qualify for return/refund.
  12. The company's decision will be final on the nature of the defects and applicability of the warranty.
  1. Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 10 hours of placing it by contacting our customer service team. If your order has already been processed or shipped, the cancellation may not be possible.

  1. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective or damaged products. Please follow the return instructions provided by our customer service team.

  1. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Continued use of the website after any changes indicates acceptance of those changes.
